P2-Inspect Solar

P2-Solarglas is a camera-based inline inspection system that monitors the substrates (glass panels) as they enter thin-film solar module production. The system detects all defects on the glass panels that can lead to drops in yield or breakages in the production line during module production.

The system works on the fly using line-scan cameras and pixel resolutions of <100 ?m/px. Image capture is based on ISRA’s patented MultiView technology that sets the standard for process monitoring in glass production. This technology ensures extremely reliable defect detection at high processing speeds and allows users to identify and remove defective glass panels early on.
